Visible Silence
Visible Silence was a collective exhibition held at Susa Art Gallery, bringing together three Toronto-based artists—Maryam Hafizirad, Asal Bassir, and Nima Arabi—in a thoughtful exploration of silence as both presence and meaning. Through diverse approaches, ranging from delicate layered forms and culturally rooted symbolism to abstraction and minimalism, the exhibition invited viewers to slow down and engage with moments of stillness, reflection, and inner dialogue. Visible Silence created a contemplative space where absence became expressive and quietness spoke with depth, offering visitors a shared experience of calm, introspection, and subtle emotional resonance.
